FEES: $55 per rider, Juniors $45 per rider.

Pre-Entry Deadline: May 1. Add $5 per rider for entries postmarked after that date.

SOLO CUP SERIES: The series is back, with championships up for grabs in all solo categories! We add up your miles from the 12 Hours of Weaverville, 6 Hours of Weaverville, the 12 Hours of Humboldt, 6 Hours of Humboldt, Kirkwood Nine to Five #1 & #2, and the Whiskeytown 9 to 5 and then the top rider in each category is presented with an engraved SOLO CHAMPIONSHIP TROPHY at the Whiskeytown 9 to 5.

RACE DAY REGISTRATION FROM 6AM TO 6:45 ONLY: $15 per rider race day late fee applies.

RACER PACKET PICK-UP: We'll have race-day packet pick-up from 6:00 to 7:30am, BUT, we strongly urge racers to pick up their race packets the day before at Trinity High School from 3pm to 7pm.

PITS: Set up your pits in the Trinity High School parking lot and on the front lawn of the school. It's gonna be hot--- bring shade. The school showers will be open for racer's use. Bring soap & towels etc.

RIDERS MEETING: All team captains must attend the 7:30am riders meeting and we strongly suggest that all riders attend too. This is where you'll learn check-in procedure, etc.

START/FINISH TIME & LOCATION: We'll start the race promptly at 8am. The start is in front of the school, the finish is at the school cafeteria. Only laps COMPLETED by 8pm will be counted.

LAP COUNTING: Each team will be provided with a wood "baton" that MUST be carried by the rider on course. A 15-minute penalty is assesed for a lost baton, in other words, your team's day will end at 7:45pm. Only one rider from your team is allowed on course at any time. At the finish line, upon the completion of each lap, the rider must stop to have Team Bigfoot record that lap's finish time.

COURSE: It's 11.6 miles with 1722' of climbing. It starts with 3 miles of fire road climbing, 1.5 miles of rollers, then 7 miles of downhill singletrack. We'll use standard arrows and ribbon and such. The course will be marked by the afternoon of 5/21. Prior to that a detailed trail maps is available at the top of this webpage. See the profile below.

SELF SUFFICIENCEY RULE: Once on course, only the rider him/herself may work on the bike, and only with tools and parts carried on the bike. Each lap mush be completed on the same bike on which it began. Once back at the finish line you can switch bikes, get help from your team or spectators or Santa Claus for that matter, but you gotta get there under your own power and with your own mechanical know-how and ingenuity.

RESULTS: We post current results periodically throughout the day, usually every 90 minutes or so. It is the responsibility of each solo rider and of each team to check those results for accuracy and to inform the Team Bigfoot timing staff of any descrpencies. The final results will be printed immediately after 8pm, after which there is a fifteen minute protest period. Any missed laps, incorrect times, etc. MUST be reported within that fifteen minutes. Once that fifteen minutes passes the results will be declared official and NO FURTHER CHANGES WILL BE MADE.

AWARDS: We'll have Team Bigfoot Medals for top 3 in all categories. We'll also raffle off some cool sponsor schwag. The better you and your team do, the more raffle tickets you'll get.
