SUPER-D: Friday 10/22, 3:30PM. Sign-up 2:00-3:00, at the finish line

Follow the signs from below the high school. DO NOT PARK AT THE SCHOOL OR ON THE SCHOOL DISTRICT LOT. The finish line is 1/2 mile out Weaver Bolly Rd, continue straight on the dirt road past the stop sign on Victory Lane below the school.

The course is some of the upper 2/3 of the Downhill course, then veers onto a 4-mile section of the famed flume trails of our cross-country course for a total of 7+ miles of swooping, speeding, roller-coaster ride fun!! It's a real run-what-ya-brung course with riders doing well on all types of bikes: full on downhill rigs, cross-country bikes and everything in between. It's a long one, fastest time on this course back in the spring was 26 minutes!

We will not be running a practice shuttle, but racers with suitable vehicles (4 wheel-drive) are welcome to shuttle themselves. Follow the "Shuttle" arrows up to the top.

DOWNHILL COURSE: The course starts way up Weaver Bolly Mountain where riders on the start-line can take in the view of all of Weaverville before launching down. Below is plenty of steep stuff, a few jumps and drops, some more hang-off-the-back steep stuff, some wide-open spin-a-big-ring fire-road, a drop-off through a creek and finally a roller-coaster ride of twisting-turning single-track to the finish
